I am in favour of the changes to the electoral system and the move to proportional representation

I am not in favour of the move to  increase the size of the Senedd to 96 members. I would argue that whilst it would increase the democratic oversight of the Senedd, the more pressing priority is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness within the present range of the Senedd's  responsibilities and not to divert resources away from these responsibilities, in particular matters relating to health and education.
